Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape level, over the shirt or other layers you intend to wear underneath. Keep the tape comfortably snug and record the measurement without adding extra inches or centimeters.
Measure the natural waist around the narrowest part of the torso, keeping the tape level and without pulling it tight.
