Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape level, over the shirt or other layers you intend to wear underneath. Keep the tape comfortably snug and record the measurement without adding extra inches or centimeters.

Measure the natural waist around the narrowest part of the torso, keeping the tape level and without pulling it tight. Measure over the same base layer.

Choose the larger size if chest and waist fall in different rows. These are wearer measurements, not finished garment dimensions.

Measure chest and natural waist over your intended clothing. The wrap adjusts the overlap, but shoulder and sleeve fit still depend on selecting the correct size. Leave enough room to cross your arms without pulling at the back. The open and fully overlapped views show different ways to arrange the same front.
