The Side-Tie peasant hood combines a square-backed crown with a plain oval shoulder mantle. Two pairs of flat fabric ties sit at the wearer’s left neckline, forming two bows beside a short overlapping front section.

The ties create a small off-center detail while the right shoulder remains plain. There is no long tail or decorative trim. Layer the hood over a tunic or shirt for a villager, traveler or other medieval-inspired character.
