We aim to describe products, colours, materials, measurements and availability accurately. Screens and handmade production can create reasonable variation. Images are illustrative and should be read together with the written product details.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable or fraud is suspected. A checkout confirmation does not necessarily mean dispatch has begun.

Made-to-order and personalised items
Where a product is described as made to order, custom sized or personalised, production may begin soon after purchase. Please check the measurements, spelling and options you supply.
