To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Where is my order number?

Look in the order confirmation email from Medieval Thread. Check your spam or junk folder too. If you can’t find it, contact us using the email address you used when ordering.

Why can’t the form find my order?

Check the order number and use the billing email entered at checkout. An account email and a billing email can be different. If the details still don’t match, customer care can help.

Does a completed order mean my parcel has arrived?

No. The store order status and the carrier’s delivery status are different. Refer to the tracking details shared after dispatch for the carrier’s latest updates.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy for the process and conditions.
