Include the product name or link and the colour or size you are considering. For fit questions, say which part of the size chart is unclear and what layers you plan to wear underneath.
An existing order
Include your order number and the item your question concerns. For an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, describe the issue and attach clear photographs. Contact us before sending a return.
A date in mind
Planning for a faire or LARP event? Include the event date, the garment and the destination country when asking about timing. Published delivery dates are estimates, so ask before ordering for a fixed date.
